Job summary

Windermere Insurance Group is seeking an Account Manager to support a growing High Net Worth and Coastal client base. You will manage day-to-day accounts, retain clients through renewals, and collaborate with producers to drive business development while delivering exceptional service.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in Private Client Lines, P&C license, and strong client service skills. Knowledge of Epic/Applied is a plus; willingness to continue professional education is expected.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Private Client Lines Account Management experience.
• High Net Worth and/or Coastal accounts experience preferred.
• Demonstrated success in overall customer service.
• High School diploma; undergraduate degree preferred.
• Property & Casualty license required; professional designations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage established book of existing and onboarding of new clients.
• Resolve client questions, requests and issues with urgency and enthusiasm.
• Cross-sell / offer lines of coverage not currently written.
• Stay informed about changes in clients’ lifestyle that impact risk and coverages.
• Conduct annual reviews of clients’ insurance programs and recommend changes.
• Marketing and negotiating renewals for existing clients.
• Maintain relationships with multiple insurance company and broker representatives to obtain quotes and endorsements.
• Advise on carrier products and be proficient in rating procedures to support clients.
