Job summary

CNI Consulting Inc. is seeking a high-caliber financial professional to serve high-net-worth clients in Dallas, TX. You will educate clients on the firm’s investment philosophy, manage relationships, onboard new assets, and collaborate with the IPC to deliver white-glove service.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or a relevant field.
3–8 years in asset management, financial services, and client relationships.
Series 65/66 license or equivalent.
Knowledge of investment products and strategy development.
Strong capital markets knowledge for client education.
Ability to manage complexity in high-volume environments.
Excellent communication with high-net-worth clients.

Responsibilities

Act as the short-term point of contact for high-net-worth clients.
Build authentic relationships to drive high conversion.
Welcome and onboard new high-net-worth clients and align goals with the portfolio.
Provide high-touch service with IPC-backed guidance and ongoing coaching.
Foster honest relationships with high-net-worth clients to boost retention and conversion.
Explain the firm’s investment philosophy to clients to build rapport.
Assist in bringing in new assets through referrals.
