Job summary

Swarts, Manning & Associates, an independent insurance agency with offices across the West, seeks a Commercial Lines Insurance Account Manager in Lehi, Utah. You will manage client needs for high net worth accounts, provide proactive service, and coordinate renewals with carriers.

Ideal candidates have at least 2 years in commercial lines, a P&C license, and experience with high net-worth clients. Proficiency with MS Office and EPIC is preferred.

Qualifications

• 2 years Commercial Lines Insurance experience required.
• Experience with high net-worth clients
• Holds appropriate P&C License. Professional designations a plus, e.g. CPCU, CIC, CISR etc.
• EPIC Experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide proactive day-to-day client service by anticipating client needs and responding to client questions and issues in a timely manner.
• Review client exposures, loss experience, current coverages, and recommend appropriate products and services on an annual basis.
• Create and present renewal proposals to existing clients.
• Communicate clients' needs and binding instructions to carriers.
• Implement and maintain a quality service plan ensuring the accuracy of binders, policies, certificates, and other relevant documents.
