Job summary

DHL Supply Chain is hiring a 1st shift high lift equipment operator in Texas. The role involves operating high lift equipment, stocking, picking, counting merchandise, and performing cycle counts. Shift is 6am–2pm, Monday–Friday, with a pay rate of $20.75 per hour.

Ideal candidates have at least 6 months warehousing experience and familiarity with dock stocker, cherry picker, and high reach equipment. Benefits include medical, dental, and vision coverage, PTO, and a 401(k) with company match.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months warehousing and inventory experience preferred.
• Experience operating material handling equipment (MHE) including dock stocker, cherry picker and high reach.

Responsibilities

• Move, stock, stage, and store products using high lift and narrow-aisle equipment.
• Stock and store merchandise in proper locations for efficient retrieval.
• Pull and prepare products for shipment with exact quantities and types.
• Maintain accurate records for inventory accuracy.
• Comply with OSHA and MSDS standards.
• Assist in physical inventories and upkeep of equipment.
