Job summary

DHL Supply Chain is hiring a High Equipment Lift Operator in Fort Worth, TX. The role operates high-lift equipment, moves and inventories merchandise, and counts products following production standards. The shift is 2nd, 2 PM–10 PM, Monday to Friday.

Qualified candidates have a HS diploma and warehousing experience; familiarity with WMS and RF guns is preferred. Excellent benefits and career growth opportunities are provided.

Qualifications

• Operate high lift equipment and general warehousing tools.
• Maintain safety and accuracy in inventory tasks.
• Follow procedures for quality and OSHA standards.
• Experience with WMS systems using RF guns is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Move, stock, stage and store products using high lift equipment.
• Utilize narrow-aisle machinery and wire-guided systems when installed.
• Prepare products for shipment and verify counts.
• Keep inventory records and reports accurate.
• Assist in physical inventories and stock rotation.
• Maintain a neat and orderly work area and equipment.
• Adhere to all safety and MSDS requirements.
• Support continuous improvement and training.
• Extend to higher levels than standard forklift operations.

Pay: $21.75

Required Qualifications: Ability to operate MHE, strong attention to detail, strong safety adherence, and experience working in a WMS system with RF guns.

Role Purpose:

Responsible for operating the High Lift equipment in narrow isles for the purpose of moving, stocking, picking and counting merchandise in accordance with production standards. High lift equipment is equipped with electronic wire-guided systems at some locations.

Key Accountabilities:

• Moving, stocking, staging, and storing products and materials using high lift reach equipment, narrow isle equipment, utilizing electronic wire-guided systems where installed.
• Efficiently stock and store merchandise in appropriate areas.
• Pull and prepare product for shipment ensuring the exact number and types of product is correct.
• Keep appropriate records and reports for inventory accuracy.
• Comply with all OSHA and MSDS standards.
• Report quality variances.
• Maintain the facility’s equipment and materials in a neat, clean, orderly fashion.
• Assist in physical inventories.
• Ensure proper stock rotation.
• Extend to higher levels than on normal forklift equipment.

Required Education and Experience:

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• 6 months warehousing and inventory experience, preferred
