Job summary

AYS Group is seeking motivated, self-driven individuals to join our team as Remote Life Insurance Agents. This 1099 independent contractor role offers warm leads, flexible scheduling, and unlimited earning potential in a fully remote setting.

You will contact warm leads, conduct virtual consultations, present coverage options, and guide clients through the application process while building your own sales pipeline.

Qualifications

• Active Life Insurance License or willingness to obtain one.
• Strong communication and closing skills.
• Self-motivated and performance-driven.
• Reliable internet and computer access.
• Sales experience preferred but not required.
