Activ Enterprises is hiring Delivery Associates to deliver packages in a fast-paced outdoor environment. You will haul and deliver high volumes of packages, up to 50lbs, during a full 10-hour shift. This role requires diligence and a safety-minded approach to each day’s routes.

We provide training and a robust benefits package, including tuition reimbursement and a comprehensive health plan. The position pays $22.50–$23.50 per hour with bonuses, and shifts run 9:40am–8:10pm, subject to change.

Qualifications

• Be at least 21 years of age with a valid CA driver’s license.
• No prior delivery experience required but experience driving a mid-sized cargo van is preferred.
• Have a clean 3-year driving record (no traffic citations, misdemeanors, etc.).
• Complete and pass 5-panel drug screening.
• Be available to work full 10-hour shift.
• Be able to lift packages up to 50lbs.
• Must be able to work a physically demanding full 10hr shift.
