Job summary

VASA Fitness is opening a brand-new club and seeks a Studio LFT Coach to lead high-energy, closely coached group strength sessions. You’ll deliver a motivating, safety-focused experience and foster a welcoming environment that reflects VASA’s community values.

As a Studio LFT Coach, you’ll guide members through movements, provide modifications, and promote the STUDIO LFT product while modeling the brand’s energy and culture.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in personal/group fitness or related formats.
• NCCA-accredited Personal Training Certification.
• Current CPR/AED Certification.
• Experience leading groups and coaching.
• Knowledge of kinesiology/exercise science.
• Enthusiastic, high-energy, and customer-focused.

Responsibilities

• Be punctual and prepared, greet members, start classes on time.
• Demonstrate exercises with correct form and modifications.
• Engage with members throughout the workout.
• Be approachable, professional, and energetic.
• Provide excellent customer service and address member needs.
• Encourage non-members to join STUDIO LFT classes.
• Coach to members' fitness levels with appropriate modifications.
• Multitask, stay organized and maintain motivation.
• Clean and organize post-class environment.
• Promote Studio LFT through social media.
• Receive feedback and act to improve.
