Job summary

Impact Kids in Wisconsin is seeking an energetic Robotics Instructor to lead robotics, coding, and technology instruction for children aged 4–18. You will create daily instructional plans, promote safety, and model positive behavior.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years of experience with children and 1–5 years in robotics and coding instruction; a Bachelor's degree is preferred. Willingness to travel for programs and events is a plus.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 2 years of experience working with children.
• Robotics, programming & coding instructor experience (1–5 years).
• Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
• Strong communication with children and parents.

Responsibilities

• Provide robotics, coding and technology instruction to students aged 4–18.
• Teach fundamentals of robotics and programming to promote skill development.
• Supervise groups with attention to behavior, safety, and growth.
• Ensure the safety of students and team members at all times.
• Organize daily plans in a fun, creative manner.
• Use classroom management to create an inclusive, engaging environment.
• Collaborate with fellow Activity Specialists and be a positive role model.
• Follow the Impact Kids Code of Conduct and company policies.
• Have fun and inspire young learners.
