Job summary

Cumberland Farms is looking for a friendly Retail Sales Associate to greet guests, maintain stock, and support daily store operations. You will work as part of a team to deliver excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include handling the cash register, stocking, and keeping the store clean and organized. Part-time or full-time hours may be available, with growth opportunities across 1500+ sites nationwide.

Qualifications

• Minimum education is not strictly required; however, high school diploma or GED is preferred.
• Preferred experience: 3–6 months in retail or guest service.
• ServSafe/Food Safety certification is a plus but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and provide exceptional customer service.
• Operate the cash register efficiently and accurately.
• Adapt quickly to a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
• Stock shelves, coolers and freezers; keep the store tidy and organized.
• Support store operations and work as part of a team to maintain high standards.
