Radiance Technologies is seeking a technical intern in Huntsville, AL to support DoD programs in research, development, risk reduction, and testing of high-energy lasers. You will work across hardware integration, testing, modeling, and software development with a collaborative team.

The position targets self-starting students pursuing Optics, Physics, or Engineering degrees with a minimum 3.5 GPA and US citizenship for potential security clearance.

Tasks will cover a range of disciplines including hardware integration, testing, modeling, and software development. We are looking for a self-starter with excellent team skills and flexibility to work with our team to conduct tests and implement developmental hardware. Required Skills: * Pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Optics, Physics, or Engineering

• Minimum 3.5 GPA (GPA must be listed on your resume to be considered)
• US citizenship with the ability to obtain a security clearance Desired Qualifications: * Experience with Python, Solidworks, LabView, and other engineering tools
• Understanding of assembly and alignment of systems
