Qualifications

• Must hold current CPR and AED certification.
• Group Exercise Certification required or eligible within 60 days.
• Experience teaching group exercise is preferred.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.
• Reliable attendance and professionalism.
• Ability to move mats, steps, and dumbbells.

Responsibilities

• Teach scheduled group exercise classes with high energy and clear instruction
• Deliver complete classes including warm up, workout, and cool down
• Cue safe movement and offer modifications for all fitness levels
• Arrive early to prepare music, equipment, and class space
• Engage members before and after class to build participation
• Track class attendance and communicate with club leadership
• Represent the Retro Fitness brand in a positive and professional manner
