Job summary

Barry’s is seeking absolute superstar instructors to inspire, motivate, and energize clients. You’ll design workouts, choose music, and bring your own style to the class while upholding the Barry’s brand and energy.

Must hold instructor or personal training certification with CPR certification and experience leading group training. Availability for non-traditional hours, including early mornings, late evenings, weekends, and holidays, is required.

Qualifications

• Must hold and maintain instructor or personal training certification.
• CPR certification required.
• Experience leading group training or working as a personal trainer.

Responsibilities

• Deliver first class training and maintain Barry’s aesthetic, appearance, atmosphere and culture.
• Inspire and energize clients and provide superior customer service at all times, inside and outside class.
• Act as Barry’s ambassador, inside and outside class.
