Job summary

Burger Urge Greenhills is hiring a Crew Member to deliver exceptional customer service in a fast-paced setting. You will take orders, assemble food, and help maintain a clean dining area, while collaborating with teammates to ensure quick, accurate service.

The role requires strong interpersonal skills, reliability, and adaptability. Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays is preferred. RSA and Food Safety prerequisites apply, with opportunity for growth within a growing brand.

Qualifications

• Food Safety Certificate required.
• Valid working rights, including passport and visa documentation for international candidate.
• RSA Certificate to be obtained within 30 days of starting employment.
• Experience in a quick service restaurant preferred but not required.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and take orders in a friendly manner.
• Prepare food according to Burger Urge standards and recipes.
• Maintain cleanliness in kitchen, dining area and restrooms.
• Operate and maintain kitchen equipment (grills, fryers, ovens).
• Handle cash and card transactions and keep accurate sales records.
• Communicate effectively with team to ensure accurate orders and speed.
• Participate in training and stay updated with policies and menu items.
