Blue Star Washington, D.C. is seeking a high-end residential carpenter to join our onsite team in the D.C. area. We build high-end residential projects and value quality craftsmanship and steady, year-round work.

As a carpenter, you will perform framing, trim, finish, and specialty carpentry, read drawings, coordinate with supervisors and trades, and keep jobsites safe and organized while representing Blue Star with professionalism.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of residential carpentry experience.
• Skilled with carpentry tools and construction materials.
• Reliable, safety-conscious, and detail-oriented.
• Team player with strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Perform framing, trim, finish, and specialty carpentry work
• Read and follow construction drawings
• Work with supervisors, project managers, and trades to keep jobs on schedule
• Keep jobsites clean, organized, and safe
• Represent Blue Star with professionalism on every project
