Infinity Replacement is seeking experienced window and door installers or established crews to join as 1099 sub-contractors. Enjoy high earnings, flexible scheduling, and year-round work with a trusted industry leader.

We provide premium fiberglass products, direct-to-consumer service, and professional installation. Expect up to 3–4 jobs per week with minimal material costs, and comprehensive training for qualified candidates.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of window & door installation or remodeling experience.
• Ability to transport windows and doors from warehouse to job sites.
• Ownership of tools preferred.
• Detail-oriented trim work (break work, capping, caulking).
• Ability to hire sufficient help for job execution.
• Provide references for previous work.
• Certificate of insurance for Commercial General Liability, Employer’s Liability, Auto Liability, and Worker’s Compensation.

Responsabilités

• Install windows and doors at customer residences.
• Coordinate with Infinity Replacement and homeowners to ensure seamless installation.
• Maintain high workmanship and customer satisfaction standards.
• Manage scheduling and on-site logistics for multiple projects.
