You will haul 100% touch freight to Dollar Tree and related stores, with occasional Family Dollar/NYC drops, night/weekend/hoyiday shifts, and strong earnings potential.

High-Earning Dedicated CDL-A Route - Windsor, CT

Stop hunting for decent loads and anchor your career to a high-paying dedicated run based right out of Windsor, CT. You'll be covering regional lanes across CT, MA, NH, VT, NY, RI, and ME (within a 1,066-mile radius), pulling 900 average weekly miles across 3 loads. Get back home weekly for your 34-hour reset (note that weekend home time isn't guaranteed).

• The Work & Requirements: You'll handle 100% touch freight, unloading box-by-box with rollers at Dollar Tree stores, plus occasional Family Dollar deliveries and NYC borough runs using 26-foot pup trailers. Candidates must have at least 3 months of verifiable tractor-trailer experience within the last 36 months, pass a DOT physical, urine screen, and hair follicle test. Bring two weeks of personal supplies to orientation for immediate dispatch to Windsor, CT. You must arrange secure truck/trailer parking (authorized at any DT store or DC) and be ready for night, weekend, and holiday shifts.
• The Paycheck: Clear an average of $1,600 to $1,850 weekly, putting you on track for $104,000 annually (while top producers bank $2,500+ every week). Your all-in pay rate hits $1.89, combining experience-based CPM ($0.73 to $0.76 for 3+ years) with heavy accessorials: $240 per fully unloaded trailer, $75 per backhaul, and $250 for NYC borough drops.
• Sign-On & Training: Pocket a $2,500 milestone bonus ($250 on load 1; $250 at 30, 60, 120, and 150 days; $500 at day 90; and $750 at day 180). Paid training includes a 1-to-3-day ride-along at $150/day.
