Job summary

Auto Club Enterprises is seeking a Sales Agent with strong lead development, networking, and customer service skills to drive sales performance. You will be responsible for qualifying prospects, maintaining relationships, and meeting monthly goals in a dynamic sales environment.

Training is provided, with an hourly trainee rate and potential annual earnings for full-time agents reaching $99,600–$121,700, plus uncapped commissions for exceeding targets.

Qualifications

• Sales experience highly preferred.
• Ability to qualify and maintain, Property & Casualty/Personal lines and Life insurance licenses.
• Have computer experience and good organization skill.
• High school diploma required; college degree preferred.
• Successful completion of background, credit check, and drug screen.
