Job summary

Columbus Worthington Air, in partnership with American Residential Services (ARS), is seeking a Residential HVAC Service Technician. This full-time, year-round role offers earning potential well over six figures based on performance, with comprehensive benefits and a take-home company vehicle and gas card.

You will diagnose, repair, and maintain residential HVAC systems, deliver top-notch customer service, and work with an experienced leadership team and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• EPA certification required.
• 3+ years of residential HVAC experience.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Must pass background and drug screening.
• Ability to access attics and crawlspaces, and lift heavy equipment.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, service, and repair residential HVAC systems.
• Perform maintenance and emergency HVAC repairs.
• Deliver excellent customer service in residential homes.
• Work with leadership and ongoing technical training.
• Maintain accurate service records and follow safety standards.
