Job summary

gpac is seeking ambitious professionals to join our executive search team in Sioux Falls, SD. This commission-driven role offers tremendous earning potential with no cap, plus a base salary of $35,568 and comprehensive gpac training and support.

You will build relationships with clients, hiring managers and candidates, qualify and screen applicants, and guide offers through to close. Strong communication and negotiation skills are essential, and growth is encouraged.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to source clients and candidates through high outbound activity.
• Successful completion of gpac training and all training requirements.
• Degree preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with clients, hiring managers, and job candidates
• Partner with clients to assist in filling urgent position(s)
• Connect clients with qualified candidates resulting in placements
• Proficient use of recruiting tools and materials
• Cold call, qualify, screen and prep candidates and clients for interviews and assist in the negotiation of job offers
• Conduct reference checks on candidates
