Qualifications

• Active real estate license in the state where brokerage activities will be performed.

Responsibilities

• Generate and develop prospective buyer, seller, investor, and tenant leads.
• Assist clients with buying, selling, leasing real estate opportunities.
• Conduct property research, market analysis, and due diligence for transactions.
• Schedule and conduct property showings, meetings, and client consultations.
• Prepare and present offers, letters of intent, and contracts; negotiate terms.
• Maintain client communications with all transaction participants.
• Maintain accurate records in CRM and tracking systems.
