Job summary

HealthOp Solutions is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join the Orthopedic, Neurology, and Pain Management team in Mesa, AZ. This outpatient, Monday–Friday role offers strong earning potential with a base salary of $130,000–$180,000 plus bonus, and some providers earn $200,000+ annually.

New graduates are welcome, with 2–3 years of relevant APP experience preferred. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, PTO, 401(k), malpractice coverage, CME stipend, and more.

Responsibilities
