Hudson Toyota, a Penske Automotive Group dealership, is seeking an experienced Flat Rate Technician to join our team and deliver extraordinary customer experiences. Expect to earn between $70,000 and $120,000 annually with a sign-on bonus up to $10,000 for experienced technicians.

Formación

• Two ASE's minimum required. One being A-6 Electrical.
• Genuine interest in providing an exceptional customer experience.
• Friendliness, enthusiasm, reliability, with a positive "team-player" attitude.
• Strong work-ethic with the ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
• Safe working knowledge of shop tools and equipment, 3+ years of dealership experience. Brand knowledge is preferred, but not required.

Responsabilidades

• As a Flat Rate Technician, you will perform repairs and maintenance work in accordance with factory and dealership specifications and time standards for an excellent customer experience.
• Perform repairs and maintenance following factory and dealership time standards and quality guidelines.
