Qualifications

• Must have 3+ years of dealership experience with shop tools knowledge.
• Genuine interest in providing an exceptional customer experience.
• Safe handling of shop tools and equipment; follow safety standards.
• Brand knowledge is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Perform repairs and maintenance per factory and dealership specifications and time standards.
• Deliver an excellent customer experience through timely and quality work.
• Communicate technical information clearly to Service Advisors.
• Ensure estimates and work orders are accurate and comply with manufacturer standards.
