All Fleet Inc. in Wisconsin is seeking a CDL-A Heavy Duty Tow Truck Driver for heavy-duty towing, recovery, and roadside service. This performance-based role pays based on work completed, not hours, with on-call nights and weekends and no guaranteed hourly income.

You will respond to breakdowns and emergencies, operate wreckers safely, document jobs with photos, and communicate clearly with dispatch and customers. Earn $80K–$150K+ depending on volume, with no cap on earnings.

Formación

• Valid CDL-A license.
• Clean driving record.
• Ability to pass DOT drug screening.
• Willing to work nights, weekends, and on-call.
• Comfortable working in all weather conditions.
• Must be reliable and responsive when called.

Responsabilidades

• Perform heavy-duty towing, recovery, and roadside service
• Respond quickly to breakdowns, accidents, and emergency calls
• Operate wreckers and recovery equipment safely

• Complete jobs fully with proper documentation and photos
