Qualifications

• Must be a board-certified/board-eligible Anesthesiologist.
• Must possess or be able to obtain an unrestricted Arizona medical license.
• Must be able to qualify for an Arizona DEA license.

Responsibilities

• Provide anesthesia care in a variety of surgical procedures.
• Participate in the training of residents and medical students.
