Job summary

Envision is offering a full-time anesthesia position at HonorHealth JCL North Mountain in Phoenix, AZ with a substantial earning potential of over $700,000 annually. The role involves performing a variety of anesthesia cases and supporting operations at an accredited Chest Pain Center and Primary Stroke Center. Qualifications

• Physicians must be ABA Board Certified or certified within 6 years of training.

Responsibilities

• Work with Valley's Northwest Division‑JCL Team.
• Perform anesthesia cases including general, ENT, endo, ortho, neuro, urology, vascular, plastics, GYN.
• Assist at Accredited Chest Pain Center & Primary Stroke Center, handling an annual surgical volume of approximately 12,000–13,000 cases per year.
• Collaborate closely with anesthesia team covering Honor Health Deer Valley.
• Cross‑cover at other Honor Health locations within exclusive contract: Deer Valley, Sonoran, Thompson Peak, Shea, and Osborn.
