Infinity Replacement, operating as Infinity by Marvin, seeks experienced window and door installers in the Islip, NY area to join as 1099 sub-contractors. Enjoy flexible scheduling, year‑round work, and earnings that can exceed the typical range when you deliver 46 weeks of availability.

We provide premium fiberglass products, direct‑to‑consumer service, and full support; you will transport materials, perform precise trim work, and manage installation crews as needed.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of window & door installation or remodeling experience.
• Ability to transport windows and doors from our warehouse to job sites.
• Ownership of tools preferred.
• Detail-oriented trim expertise (break work, capping, caulking).
• Ability to hire sufficient help for job execution.
• Provide references for previous work.
• Certificate of insurance for Commercial General Liability, Employer’s Liability, Auto Liability, and Worker’s Compensation.

Responsibilities

• Perform window and door installations per project specs.
• Transport materials from warehouse to job sites.
• Coordinate with team to ensure timely completion.
• Maintain clean work areas and accurate install packets.
