Job summary

Cintas Corporation is seeking a Warehouse Associate - High Bay Operator in Montgomery, AL to stock cases using a cherry picker/forklift that reaches up to 30 feet and to fulfill orders from inventory. You will also perform cycle counts to support inventory control and accuracy.

Responsibilities include picking and pulling stock for orders and operating equipment safely. This role requires standing long hours and strong basic English communication to coordinate with the team.

Qualifications

• Ability to stand for 7 hours of an 8 hour shift.
• Basic minimum language and communication skills in speaking and understanding English.

Responsibilities

• Stock cases in the distribution center using a cherry picker/forklift.
• Pick and pull stock from inventory to fulfill orders.
• Perform periodic cycle counts to assist inventory control.
