Job summary

Aveanna Healthcare is seeking an In Home Health Care RN to deliver high-acuity nursing care in the homes of pediatric and adult patients. The RN will perform comprehensive assessments, manage complex clinical conditions, administer medications and treatments, and operate advanced equipment such as ventilators and feeding tubes.

Flexibility for in-home visits is required, with ongoing training and clinical support provided.

Qualifications

• RN with home health experience preferred.
