Apple, Inc. seeks an Algorithms Engineer in Cupertino to prototype and define interactions end-to-end, exploring emerging technologies with HW, SW, and design partners.

You will develop and validate algorithmic concepts, taking prototypes to production and delivering code for devices used by millions. Ideal candidates have strong background in CS/EE/HCI with 3+ years of experience, proficiency in C++ and Python, and a track record in state machines, statistics, and ML.

Formación

• Experience in early-stage algorithm development from concept through validation.
• Algorithm and mathematics fundamentals — state machine design, statistics, signal processing, machine learning, etc.
• Experience programming in C++ and Python
• Able to communicate clearly and collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Excellent problem solving and root cause analysis skills
• BS in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Human Computer Interaction, or related field / equivalent experience; 3+ years of experience in a related field

Responsabilidades

• Prototype and define interactions end-to-end, investigating emerging technologies and new interaction paradigms.
• Develop and validate algorithmic concepts, drive the technical work to bring ideas to life.
• Take prototypes from concept to production, writing code that ships in Apple products used by millions.
• Collaborate with HW, SW, and design partners to shape new interaction experiences.
