Hunt Military Communities is seeking a Leasing and Placements Assistant to show and lease apartments to prospective tenants, and to manage move-in/move-out processes with residents in Norfolk, VA. You will discuss room sizes, facilities, and lease terms with applicants, then complete lease paperwork and collect deposits.
The role requires accurate record keeping, daily coordination of listings, adherence to referral protocols, and strong communication with residents and partner organizations.
The Leasing and Placements Assistant shows and leases apartments to prospective tenants by performing the following duties and completes move-in and move-out process with residents.

The hiring range for this position is generally between $16.25 - $18.75 per hour, exclusive of fringe benefits or potential bonuses. This position is also eligible for a performance bonus. Final salaries will be determined based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, licenses, certifications, and/or experience. In addition to these factors – we believe in the importance of pay equity. Please keep in mind that the range mentioned above is the general Hiring Range for the role. Hiring at the top of the range is reserved for exceptionally qualified candidates. We consider internal and external factors as a part of every final offer.
