Job summary

Guardian Angel Senior Services is seeking Home Health Aides (HHA) and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) to support clients across Framingham, MA with hands-on care that helps them stay safe, healthy, and comfortable at home.

The role involves assisting with bathing, mobility, monitoring health, medication reminders, meal prep, light housekeeping, and providing companionship. Training is provided if needed, and there is a strong emphasis on following care plans and safety protocols.

Qualifications

• HHA certification preferred (or willingness to train)
• Strong communication skills and a steady, calm presence
• Comfortable following care plans and health/safety protocols
