Job summary

Good Shepherd Communities is excited to start our efforts in recruiting caring individuals to join our HHA Training course. Hired as per diem employment status, the HHA course will last approximately 4 weeks; Monday - Thursday, 8:30am - 3:00pm - must have Friday availability for class flexibility.

Upon successful completion of the class, employment at our Binghamton or Endwell locations may be available. Evening and night shifts available; every other weekend.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• BLS and/or CPR certification preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age.
• Ability to read, write and speak the English language.

Responsibilities

• Attend a 4-week HHA Training course (Mon–Thu, 8:30am–3:00pm) with Friday class flexibility.
• Per diem employment status with potential for location-based employment after completion.
• Evening and night shifts available; every other weekend.
