Qualifications

• Current NYS HHA or PCA certification.
• Compassionate and patient-centered approach to caregiving.
• Dependable, professional, and punctual.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to assist clients safely with daily living activities.
• Commitment to providing outstanding care and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal care activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and hygiene.
• Provide mobility assistance and support with transfers and ambulation.
• Assist with meal preparation and feeding when needed.
• Perform light housekeeping and household tasks to maintain a safe living environment.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Observe and report changes in a client's condition to the care team.
• Complete required documentation accurately and timely.
• Maintain client confidentiality and follow all agency policies and procedures.
