Job summary

ComForCare in Queens is seeking a reliable Part-time Home Health Aide (HHA) or Personal Care Assistant (PCA) to provide compassionate in-home support to clients. You'll assist with dressing, grooming, mobility, meals, light housekeeping, and transportation as needed.

Qualifications

• Home Health Aide (HHA) or Personal Care Assistant (PCA) certification is required.
• Full Physical Report and Drug Screening within past 12 months.
• Two professional reference letters within the past 3 years.
• Eligibility to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on care and meaningful companionship based on each client’s needs.
• Dressing, grooming, and hygiene assistance.
• Ambulation around the house and light mobility support.
• Encourage exercise and fluid intake.
• Light housekeeping and meal preparation.
• Run errands and transportation to appointments.
• Offer companionship and conversation to clients.
