Job summary

Wellthy Care Network is seeking an experienced Home Health Aide to support a 73-year-old woman with MS in a private Sound Beach home. The role includes early morning and late afternoon shifts totaling up to 32 hours weekly, with a paid, hands-on caregiving environment and background checks.

Responsibilities cover bathing, grooming, mobility transfers with a Hoyer lift, meal prep, light housekeeping, and mobility assistance. CDPAP eligibility is required; MS experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Current HHA certification required.
• Eligibility to be hired under NY CDPAP.
• Experience performing transfers with a Hoyer lift.
• Physically capable of assisting with personal care and mobility transfers.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and incontinence care.
• Perform safe transfers to and from bed using a Hoyer lift.
• Assist with external catheter setup.
• Prepare meals and complete light housekeeping and laundry.
