Job summary

Supreme Touch Home Health Services, Corp. is seeking a Home Health Aide (HHA) for a 15-hour-per-week role serving a woman on the East Side of Springfield Towers. The position requires reliable transportation, a background check, and at least one year of verifiable home health experience.

The successful candidate will provide ADL assistance, mobility support, care plan adherence, companionship, and light housekeeping in the Clark County area.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Graduate from an accredited Home Health Aide Program (CNA or HHA).
• At least one year verifiable professional experience.
• Knowledge of medical terminology and basic healthcare procedures.
• Background check clearance and ability to pass screening.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care services in patients' homes (ADLs).

LOOKING FOR AN HHA FOR 15 HOURS PER WEEK FOR WOMAN LOCATED ON EAST SIDE IN SPRINGFIELD TOWERS. PREFERS MORNING HOURS.

We are seeking a Home Health Aide/ Caregiver for the Clark County area. Potential employee MUST have reliable transportation, ability to pass a background check and at least one (1) year verifiable experience with an agency (home health, assisted living, long term care).

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in assisted living, nursing home, or home care settings is a plus
• Ability to provide compassionate and patient-centered care
• Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment

Responsibilities:

• Provide personal care services to patients in their homes, including ADL's (bathing, grooming, toileting and dressing)
• Assist with mobility and transfers, using proper lifting techniques and assistive devices
• Follow care plans and communicate any changes in the patient's condition to the appropriate healthcare professionals
• Running errands or transporting to and from doctor's, grocery shopping, etc.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to patients
• Perform light housekeeping tasks, such as cleaning and laundry
• Prepare meals according to dietary restrictions and assist with feeding if necessary

Requirements:

• Reliable Transportation
• Mobile device with internet capability for charting purposes (cell phone or tablet)
• Current TB and Physical
• Current First Aid and CPR Certification
• Clean background check
