Job summary

VNA of Florida is seeking a Home Health Aide (HHA) / Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our experienced Palm Beach County team. Flexible hours and immediate cases are available to fit your schedule.

You will provide essential at-home care, including bathing, grooming, mobility assistance, meal preparation, and companionship, while following individualized care plans and reporting changes to the clinical team for safe, compassionate patient support.

Qualifications

• Assist patients with bathing, grooming, dressing, and personal care.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Assist with mobility, transfers, and ambulation.
