Job summary

VNA of Florida is seeking Home Health Aides and CNAs to provide compassionate in-home care across Lake Worth, West Palm Beach, Loxahatchee, Wellington, Boynton Beach, and surrounding areas.

You will assist with bathing, grooming, mobility, meal prep, and daily living activities while following personalized care plans. CPR certification, valid Florida HHA/CNA credentials, and reliable transportation are required.

Qualifications

Florida HHA Certificate or CNA License required.
CPR Certification required.
Reliable transportation needed.
Compassionate and dependable personality required.
Home care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Assist patients with bathing, grooming, dressing, and personal care.
Provide companionship and emotional support.
Assist with mobility, transfers, and ambulation.
Help with meal preparation and light housekeeping.
Observe and report changes in patient condition.
Follow individualized care plans.
