Job summary

Silver Lining Home Healthcare is expanding in the Wilmington area, hiring CNAs and HHAs for live-in in-home care across Delaware. Each client receives one-on-one personal support and companionship in homes, hospitals, nursing facilities, or rehab centers, with care plans tailored to individual needs as they transition from hospital to home or require daily assistance.

We offer a strong referral bonus, paid in-service training, paid time off, and recognition programs.

Qualifications

• Must have current CNA or HHA certification, or completion of a DE CNA program.
• Open availability, including weekends.
• Must pass physical exam and 2-step PPD/TSpot/FingerPrinting.
• Able to lift, position, transfer and operate a Hoyer lift.
• Compassionate, respectful, and committed to excellent care.

Responsibilities

We're hiring for CNAs and HHAs for live-in opportunities to provide in-home care in the Wilmingtonand surrounding area, providing one-on-one personal care and companionship in a client's home, a hospital, a nursing home, or a rehab center.

We tailor every care plan to the client's needs, whether they're transitioning home from the hospital or simply need companionship for a few hours a day.

What you'll do:

• Provide care according to each client's Plan of Care
