Solaris HealthCare North Naples is seeking compassionate Home Health Aides to provide basic nursing care under the supervision of licensed staff. You will assist with bathing, grooming, hygiene, mobility, and daily activities, while ensuring safety and comfort for residents.

Role requires HHA certification and Florida AHCA background screening; high school diploma is required. This position offers both part-time night shift and full-time opportunities at our Naples location.

Qualifikationen

• HHA certification required.
• Ability to communicate with residents and nursing staff.

Aufgaben

• Assist residents with bathing, grooming, hygiene and placement of adaptive equipment.
• Assist residents with bowel and bladder functions and mobility.
• Report changes in residents' condition to supervisor promptly.
• Assist with transporting residents to appointments and activities.
• Document care provided and maintain accurate records.
