First Senior Home Health Orange Park seeks a Nursing Director to lead the nursing staff and ensure top-quality home health services for seniors. You will collaborate with the Administrator to design care programs and manage clinical operations, while ensuring regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• BSN preferred and current Florida RN license in good standing.
• Minimum 5 years nursing experience, with at least 2 years in management/supervision in home health.
• Strong leadership, organizational and communication skills; ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency in electronic health records and patient care management systems; OASIS E preferred.
