Amentum is seeking a HH-60 W Facility Security Manager - Rotary to administer property control plans for the Andrews Rotary Division under contract requirements. Responsible for tracking facilities, assets, and inventories, and ensuring training and compliance with Air Force directives.

You will act as primary control officer for division and government assets, coordinate reports, provide briefings on ROS, and support DCG duties. Must obtain/maintain secret clearance; US citizenship required.

Qualifikationen

• With a degree, four (4) years' experience in property control management and plan administration.
• Without degree, twelve (12) years of experience.
• Knowledge of MS Word and Excel preferred.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a secret security clearance; US Citizenship required.

HH-60 W Facility Security Manager - Rotary

Administration of plans and programs for the Andrews Rotary Division in accordance with contract requirements and staff responsibilities. To track property, facilities, assets and inventory in accordance with established plans and programs as required by contract requirements.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Responsible for all aspects of the ARD property control plan including division training requirements.
• Performs as the primary control officer for division and government assets.
• Ensures division personnel are trained, assets recorded, properly tracked and inventoried in accordance with company policies and United States Air Force directives.
• Coordinated Report of Survey actions, assigns control numbers, provides briefings on ROS program as required.
• Performs Disaster Control Group (DCG) duties as required. Acts as the primary DCG member representing the 89th MXG and Amentum. Will carry a company phone and respond within ½ hour to designated location as required.
• Performs duties as the UCC as required.
• Coordinates Logistics Control Center contingency or mobility requirements for equipment and personnel between wing and squadron agencies.
• Identifies requirements for new and/or additional facilities and/or repair to existing facilities by preparation and submission of AF Form 332 to Base Civil Engineering (BCE) (3.1.18.1).
• Report facility discrepancies IAW Andrews AFB Facilities Manager Handbook (3.1.18.3).
• Identify facility upgrade, repair, and improvement requirements and participate in the Andrews AFB Appearance Program (3.1.18.5).
• Review Facility status and assess improvements that would enhance the working environment and moral (3.1.18.5).
• Responsible for granting facility/restricted area access for Amentum employees.
• Verifies security clearance of employees and issues contractor Common Access Cards (CACs) and Restricted Area Badges (RABs) for base and flight line access.
• Provides Security Forces Industrial Security Manager with a Visitor Authorization Letter (15.2.12).
• Performs all duties and tasks required of the Telephone Control Officer (TCO) IAW AFI 33-111 (3.1.8).
• Performs duties and functions in accordance with established company policies, procedures and ISO 9002 requirements.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience Required:

• A bachelor's degree preferable.
• With a degree, four (4) years' experience in property control management and plan administration.
• Without degree, twelve (12) years of experience.
• Knowledge of MS Word and Excel preferred.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a secret security clearance. Note: US Citizenship is required to obtain the clearance.

Compensation & Benefits:

The base salary range for this position is $119K to $124K. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training
