Job summary

Proactive Personnel Limited is recruiting for experienced HGV Class 2 drivers for ongoing and ad hoc assignments across Chester and surrounding areas. You will perform multi‑drop deliveries, conduct daily vehicle checks and comply with Working Time Directive regulations.

We offer day, night and weekend shifts with flexible schedules, weekly pay, and a supportive recruitment team. Applicants must hold a valid HGV Class 2 licence, Driver CPC, Digital Tachograph Card, and have no more than 6

Qualifications

• Valid HGV Class 2 (Category C) licence.
• Valid Driver CPC.
• Digital Tachograph Card.
• Good understanding of UK driving regulations.
• No more than 6 penalty points (no DR, DD or IN endorsements).
• Reliable, professional and safety-focused.

Responsibilities

• Completing multi‑drop deliveries and collections safely and efficiently.
• Carrying out daily vehicle checks.
• Following all driver hours and Working Time Directive regulations.

Pay: £14.00 - £17.00 per hour (depending on shift, nights and weekends)
