Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in HFM implementation and financial consolidation.
• Led at least 4 full-cycle HFM implementations from requirements to post-go-live support.
• Experience leading HFM workstreams or projects and managing teams.
• Experience coordinating with finance stakeholders in multi-entity environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and delivery of Hyperion Financial Management solutions for clients.
• Interact with clients across the project life cycle and translate accounting needs into scalable designs.
• Manage delivery teams and own project quality, timelines, risks and stakeholder communication.
• Guide teams through complex consolidation, currency translation and data integration requirements.

Job Description / Key Responsibilities

The candidate will be responsible for leading the design and delivery of Hyperion Financial Management solutions for clients. This includes client interactions across the life cycle of the project. The role requires strong functional understanding of group consolidation and reporting, combined with hands‑on expertise in HFM application design, rules development, data integration, testing, deployment and production support.

The individual will lead client discussions, translate accounting requirements into scalable system designs, manage delivery teams, and take ownership of project quality, timelines, risks and stakeholder communication. The role requires the ability to operate independently while guiding teams through complex consolidation, currency translation and integration requirements.

Required Experience

• 7+ years of relevant experience in HFM implementation, financial consolidation and group reporting solutions.
• Must have handled at least 4 full-cycle, end-to-end HFM implementations, covering requirements, design, build, testing, deployment and post-go-live support.
• Experience leading HFM workstreams or projects and managing functional and technical team members.
• Practical experience working with finance, controllership, consolidation and reporting stakeholders in complex, multi-entity environments.
