Job summary

KPG99 INC is seeking experienced Coax Splicers to support a large-scale HFC network evolution project for major ISP clients. The role focuses on hardline feeder and distribution coax splicing, network upgrades, and node segmentation on live broadband networks.

Qualifications include 2–3 years of HFC/coax splicing experience and a strong understanding of RF signal flow. Travel across multiple markets may be required to support projects and outages.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of HFC/coax splicing experience.
• Strong understanding of RF signal flow and network architecture.
• Ability to troubleshoot ingress/egress, MER, SNR, tilt, and signal level issues while reading engineering prints and system maps.

Responsibilities

• Coax splicing in hardline feeder and distribution networks.
• Support network upgrades and node segmentation.
• Perform maintenance window cutovers, RF balancing, and signal optimization on live broadband networks.
• Work on outage restoration to minimize customer impact.
• Experience replacing amplifiers, line extenders, nodes, passives, and power supplies is preferred.
• Travel across multiple markets to support projects.
