Job summary

Herman N Logistics is hiring a CDL-A Local Retail Driver for a home-daily role across a dedicated Southern California retail account. You will run preloaded, multi-stop deliveries with automatic equipment and offload using a pallet jack and liftgate where needed.

Routes cover Southern California with occasional loads to Las Vegas, NV. Expect start times between 2:00 PM and 5:00 PM, six days a week, with typical 10–12 hour shifts.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid Class A CDL.
• Maintains a clean driving record and complies with DOT regulations.
• DOT Medical Card required.

Responsibilities

• Operate automatic day-cab trucks on dedicated local routes.
• Deliver preloaded trailers with multi-stop deliveries.

Pay Details

• Average Weekly Pay: $1,400
• Top Weekly Pay: $1,900
• Ring pay and bonus incentives available
• Approximately 1,400 miles per week

Job Details

• Dedicated retail freight
• Preloaded trailers with multi-stop deliveries
• Driver-monitored offload
• Offload limited to 28' trailers using a manual pallet jack and liftgate
• Routes throughout Southern California
• Occasional loads to Las Vegas, NV
• Set lanes and consistent freight

Shift Details

• Home Daily

• 6 days per week, including weekends

Job Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL
• Minimum 3 months of CDL-A experience
• Reliable transportation to commute to the yard daily
