Job summary

You will implement regional field execution plans in alignment with corporate scientific imperatives, collaborating with internal teams and travelling as needed to cover the territory.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Advanced scientific degree (MD, OD, PhD, PharmD) or clinical degree (NP, PA) preferred; or equivalent clinical experience.
• A minimum of 2 years’ experience in the pharmaceutical industry or healthcare environment is preferred.
• Thorough knowledge of medicine, treatment guidelines, clinical research processes, FDA guidelines, and ethics is preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to access and develop relationships with high-level stakeholders.
• Ability to communicate scientific content effectively in 1:1 meetings, small groups, and in writing.
• Must be a strong team player and collaborate with internal departments.

Responsibilities

• KOL engagement and relationship development within assigned territory.
• Engage in peer-to-peer scientific dialogue communicating clinical/medical content.
• Support HCP field education, training, and safe use of drugs or biologics.
• Assess KOL alignment with key scientific topics to inform strategy.
• Identify KOL advocates and collaborators within territory.
• Compliantly support sponsored and investigator-initiated research and publications.
• Stay updated with emerging literature and translate findings to clinical practice.
