Responsibilities

• Receive referrals within the specialty and provide expert advice to the health care team.
• Work to a planned job plan and review annually.
• Cover cross-site work at both Chelsea and Westminster and West Middlesex Hospital.
• Perform holistic assessment and supervising colleagues in history taking and examinations.
• Collaborate with the multi-professional team to apply evidence-based hepatology care.
• Lead teaching sessions for ward staff and support student nurses.
• Review literature regularly to inform practice and develop professional knowledge.
